Dr. Simon Oh

Dr. Simon Oh is a world-renowned leader in dental implant surgery, with expertise in complex cases including All-on-X full-mouth reconstruction, zygomatic and pterygoid implants. Dr. Oh’s unique skill set, acquired from around the world, leaves no patients behind, even if they have “no bone.”
Dr. Oh is a Board Certified Diplomate by the American Board of Oral Implantology and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Oh is the founder and Chief Dental Officer of Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers.
Dr. Oh’s dedication to his patients is exceptional, as he was voted Top Dentist in Philadelphia Magazine seven years running (2019-2025) and Top Doctor by Pennsylvania Magazine (2023-2024). He has also been selected as one of the top 40 dentists under 40 in the U.S. by Incisal Magazine for his clinical skills, involvement in education, and leadership in the dental field. He was also named as one of Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2022 and won their Humanitarian Award for the year.
Motivated by his commitment to sharing his expertise with underserved populations, Dr. Oh launched extensive humanitarian efforts in Central America.
His mission began five years ago through a partnership with a prominent regional university, which led to the founding of ORCAA (Operation Re-Dentulate Central America), an organization that provides dental implants to Central Americans. He was the first person in Central American history to perform zygomatic, pterygoid, and transnasal implants, and he has trained many Central American surgeons on these procedures so they may benefit their patients. To date, the organization has completed $6mm+ of pro bono dental work.
Dr. Oh is also the founder of the Smile Back Foundation, a public charity that provides microvascular jaw reconstruction for untreated jaw tumors, cleft lip and palate, and many other invasive surgeries to Central Americans who don’t have access to these vital procedures in their countries.
Dr. Oh lectures, mentors, and trains doctors nationally and internationally on implant surgery on a regular basis. He focuses on delivering the highest quality, empathetic care to his patients in the most pain-free manner possible.
Dr. Oh grew up in Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, in physiology and neurobiology. He then graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School, achieving the highest national Board scores in his class. He was a member of several honors societies, including the OKU honors society, and won scholarships for academic and clinical achievement. Dr. Oh scored in the upper echelon on the ABOI implantology boards as well.
After finishing his dental education, Dr. Oh furthered his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. There, he received extensive inpatient and outpatient training in conditions ranging from impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants to major facial reconstructive surgery. Dr. Oh is also a published author in multiple journals and textbooks, as well as a patent holder of an implant device.

Dr. Juan Gonzalez

Dr. Juan Gonzalez is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Over the last two decades, he has practiced full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery to include complex dentoalveolar surgery, third molar removal, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, dental implants, facial cosmetic surgery, and temporomandibular joint surgery.
Dr. Gonzalez is also highly trained in all aspects of anesthesia and has performed over 14,000 moderate to deep sedations.
For the last 7 years, he has concentrated solely on full arch surgery (All-on-X) procedures, especially the severe atrophic maxillas requiring special implants like zygomatic, pterygoid, trans-nasal, and trans-sinus implants. He is one of the most experienced zygomatic and pterygoid specialists in the world.
He has been recognized as one of the ZYGOPRO specialists—a distinction held by only 28 people worldwide.
Dr. Gonzalez also travels internationally lecturing and teaching on advanced dental implant techniques. He serves as an editorial member of the Journal of Implants and Advanced Clinical Dentistry, one of the largest and most prestigious dental journals.
Born in Spain and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Gonzalez completed dental school before entering a one-year hospital-based General Practice Residency. He was then commissioned as an officer in the United States Army, where he completed his four-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Brooke Army Medical Center. He attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and, after 12 years of active duty, transferred to the Air Force Reserves, where he has served for the last 8 years as the Chief of Professional Services, directly supervising six physicians.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Gonzalez has been a highly sought educator, helping train dozens of active-duty surgery residents.

Dr. Raj Sheth

Dr. Rajan Sheth is a leader in the field of restorative and implant dentistry, with a vision centered on two guiding principles: “Fear Free Dentistry” and the belief that “no one should have to suffer wearing a denture or the embarrassment of missing teeth.” Over the course of his career, he has rehabilitated thousands of patients, giving them renewed confidence and transforming their quality of life.
Dr. Sheth focuses his practice on comprehensive restorative dentistry, with expertise in IV sedation, extractions, dental implants, dentures, bone reconstruction, and immediate teeth-in-a-day services. Since 2011, he has routinely performed wisdom tooth removal, from straightforward cases to complex bony impactions, always with the goal of making procedures as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He has been performing IV sedation since 2010, obtaining his credentials through The Ohio State University General Practice Residency and expanding his experience through years of practice.
Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Sheth is the founder of AOX Academy, a premier educational platform for full-arch implant dentistry. His love for teaching stems from a commitment to improving patient outcomes through better training for doctors. Having personally traveled the world to piece together advanced knowledge in full-arch rehabilitation, he recognized the inefficiency and difficulty of that journey. AOX Academy was born out of his vision to bring together the best minds, techniques, and protocols—creating one comprehensive resource for clinicians who want to master the full-arch.
Under his leadership, AOX Academy has grown into a global community of surgeons and restorative doctors, offering courses in advanced surgical techniques, digital workflows, prosthetic solutions, and live patient experiences. His teaching emphasizes not only technical skill but also predictability and consistency, ensuring that clinicians leave prepared to deliver the highest standard of care.
Through his daily practice and international teaching, Dr. Sheth continues to set a new benchmark in restorative and implant dentistry. His mission remains clear: to elevate education, empower doctors, and ensure patients everywhere have access to reliable, life-changing treatment.

Dr. Nestor Marquez

Dr. Nestor Marquez was born in Arizona, and graduated at Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo in Morelia, Mexico. Alongside his brother he owns Grace Dental Studio & Co. A multidisciplinary clinic in Los Algodones Mexico. His main focus for the past 10 years has been Full arch dentistry.
Dr. Nestor is not only the lead surgeon in his practice, specializing in the renowned All-on-X procedure and all aspects of dental surgery but also a driving force behind our clinical excellence.
He is a passionate international speaker and respected key opinion leader in implant dentistry. Dr. Nestor brings expertise, energy, and a touch of artistry to everything he does. For a couple of years now he has dedicated his career to perfecting the approach to treating terminal dentition. And after acquiring great success in the field, he now teaches along his brother and colleagues a course called “the ways of the arches” which focuses on surgical and prosthetic keys to success.

Outside the clinic, he’s a devoted family man, a poet, a musician, an avid soccer player (still holding on to the dream of going pro – hope springs eternal!), and an eternally optimistic, if not particularly successful, fisherman. Having placed thousands of Implants, he is one of the leading experts in Mexico regarding Full Arch Implant dentistry. Alongside his brother, he has traveled around the world to the USA, Mexico, and Latin America to teach what we call the “Ways of the Arches.”
